Showroom Samples:
To see samples and make selections for subdivision builders you must contact your builder to set up your appointment with them directly at their décor centre. Floortrends Showrooms will not have your standard and upgrade package information.
For builders that do not have a décor center, you are welcome to view samples in our showrooms however you must set an appointment. Our estimators are frequently out of the office on job sites or in customers’ homes, to get the most out of your visit and obtain information specific to your home your best plan is to set up an appointment. Setting an appointment will ensure the best service and accurate information and will also allow the estimator to have copies of your blueprints and other information ready when you meet.
All pricing and information regarding your flooring package can only be obtained through your builder or your designated estimator. Floortrends salespeople will not be able to provide information regarding the standards and pricing packages offered by your builder.
Selection Appointment:
To get the most out of your appointment we highly recommend you bring samples of your counters, cabinetry, paint colours, wallpaper, fabric swatches, etc. to help select the right flooring for your home. You’re also welcome to bring in photos, Pinterest pins, or Instagram inspiration of styles you like, and we’ll do our best to match the style or find suitable alternatives.
Service Requests:
If you have an issue with your flooring, please contact your builder directly. Your home builder will issue a service request for a Floortrends representative to inspect your floor and address your concerns. You must contact your builder first to begin the process, Floortrends will not respond to service requests directly from homeowners or their tenants, all service requests must come from your home builder.
